SimplicITy’s recruitment process is based on applications sent by potential candidates. We look for employees that are best suited to pursue our strategy and business plans, as well as to actively support SimplicITy’s growth.
Recruitment consists of three stages:
Stage I – application analysis
All applications are analyzed and sorted. We compare data from the applications with requirements for the positions, as stated in recruitment ads. Candidates meeting those requirements are qualified to Stage II.
Stage II – interview
During the interview, information included by the candidates in their application is verified, especially with regards to education and professional experience. Depending on the position in question, we also verify language skills (mostly English) and the ability to think analytically.
Those who successfully pass Stage II are qualified for the deciding Stage III.
Stage III – deciding interview
Here the candidate meets his or her possible direct superior. During the interview, they discuss in detail employment conditions and the scope of responsibility. After meeting all candidates, the decision on which one to hire is made.
